Wednesday September 17 & Thursday September 18 The Taste of Peru Wine & Cocktail Dinner

Bistronomic is Partnering with the Consulate of Peru for an Exceptional Series of 2 Dinners with Peruvian Guest Chef Aristoteles September 17 and 18 2025. On Thursday 9/18 we will be performing as well Latin Jazz! (The Regular menu is available during the Taste of Peru).

This Unique Culinary Experience will transport all Bistronomic Diners to Peru a 4 Course Menu inspired by, and in celebration of, the best of Peruvian Culture. Special Peruvian Cocktail Pairings and French Wine Pairings are available for an additional $45.00

Chef Martial Noguier in collaboration with Peruvian Chef Aristoteles ( Visiting exceptionally from Peru for those 2 Dinners), a member of the Peruvian Culinary Team are creating a fantastic menu. Indulge in a showcase of Peru's finest ingredients and flavors, crafted into an outstanding dining experience . The four-course menu will feature centerpiece ingredients from Peru and France. 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM at Bistronomic.
